Steck 88-note upright
Serial number 102317. In good working order. Thorough overhaul of the pianola action about 20 years, replacing the (rubber) tubing and hoses as well as fitting new bellows material and re-felting the piano action. It has the Themodising system. Includes somewhere between 50 and 60 rolls. Commission sale. Price £475.
Art-cased Sames upright
Sames Autopiano, circa 1925, in a Jacobean Oak case. 88-note player. The piano action was rebuilt less than 15 years ago to a very good standard. Most of the player has been rebuilt, and the case has been re-finished. There is a similar pianola stool with it. This is a very good quality piano with an excellent tone, from a company that ceased manufacture in about 1928 after a factory fire. Reputedly, it was once the property of Fiona Fullerton. Bluthner upright Hupfeld
85-note piano, 88/65 note player, circa 1913. Player rebuilt, piano action overhauled including re-covered hammers, case refinished, recently overhauled tuned and regulated. P.O.A.
Steinway model K upright
88-note Themodist Pianola circa 1913. Recently re-strung and piano action rebuilt, player rebuilt, case refinished a few years ago. Commission sale, price £3250. Situated Wiltshire.
Marshall and Wendell upright Ampico
Much work done in recent years, plays very well. Commission sale, price £3000. Situated Hertfordshire.
Steinway model 'O' pedal/electric Duo-Art grand
Hamburg piano, 1925, in the throes of restoration, mahogany. P.O.A.
Steck upright pedal/electric Duo-Art
Re-strung and player rebuilt. Has the 4-lobe pump and separate motor (unusually). P.O.A.
Broadwood "Barless" grand, 6'4"
Angelus player, circa 1918, all done and polished. Very nice. P.O.A.
Steck 88-note upright
1928/29, with 7 1/4 octave keyboard. A good quality English piano in sound condition, but in need of restoration. An excellent project if you're looking for an instrument to restore yourself. Mahogany casework. Price £250
Steck 'Gotha' 65-note upright
A good quality instrument, manufactured at Aeolian's factory in Gotha, Germany. Satinwood case with boxwood banding. In need of restoration. Can be converted to 88-note at additional cost, if required.
